Opening Hours We are normally open 7 days a week 10AM-5PM however we are sadly closed at the moment due to Covid-19 restrictions. Please shop with us on-line for click and collect, local delivery and postage options. Thank you for supporting our local shop that houses over 80 micro businesses.
How to Order
Order from Belgrave Emporium by browsing through our extensive range of carefully selected and curated items. Add your selection to the shopping cart and follow the step-by-step checkout process including adding your address, contact details and shipping preference. Select Click & and Collect to arrange to pick to up your order from the
Belgrave Emporium at the agreed upon date and time, Australia Post delivery options or local delivery Proceed to your selected payment method to complete your
order. You will receive an order confirmation email. Please bring the order confirmation email and your identification with you if you select to pick up your order from the Belgrave Emporium.
Payment Methods Belgrave Emporium offers two payment options:
We accept Visa or Mastercard. We do not accept American Express or Diners Club Cards.
Credit Card payments will be processed directly on-line through the encrypted processing payment method. Your bank statement will show the payment was made to Tocco PTY LTD.
Cancelling an Order
If you wish to cancel an order simply contact us. You will receive a full refund, provided the order has not been dispatched.
Out of Stock Items
We aim to have your item or items in stock however if we find an item is unavailable we will inform you as soon as possible. If your item choice is unavailable we will advise you of a similar item that is available for selection. If out ostock items have already been paid for in full, we will offer you a full refund using the same method of payment that
was used to purchase the product, or you may choose an alternative item we have in stock. Any discrepancies will be reconciled when choosing an alternative item or item cancellation. We apologise in advance for any inconveniences caused.
Postage, Click & Collect & Local Home Delivery We use Australia Post Standard Tracked Post or Express Tracked Post for all of our deliveries. You will be notified via email of any tracking information for your order so you are able to easily follow the progress of your order on-line. Please allow extra time to receive your package due to the backlog currently being experienced by Australia Post.
If you select Click & and Collect, please follow the guidelines in your Order Confirmation email to arrange picking up your order from the Belgrave Emporium. For a small fee we will be offering Local Delivery from Upper Ferntree Gully to Seville. To access Home Delivery please select the Ship option and continue to proceed through the cart. The option to select Home Delivery will be on the last page.
Please allow 2-4 days for your contactless drop off. Please be aware due to contactless delivery that you accept for the item to be left at your property and we take no responsibility for damaged or stolen items. We will endeavour to leave your parcel in a safe place, however if we deem this is not possible we will contact you to arrange a alternative time for delivery.
Shipping orders will be dispatched within 2-4 business days.
Standard Tracked Post will take approximately 4-10 business days Australia wide depending on the backlog being experienced by Australia Post. Please allow extra time for deliveries to country and rural areas.
Express Tracked Post will take approximately 1-2 BUSINESS days Australia wide depending on the backlog being experienced by Australia Post. Please allow extra time for deliveries to country and rural areas

For international shipping we offer flat rate shipping options which vary depending on the size and weight of your order. Due to current global shipping issues there may be a delay to receiving your order.
International Customs Duty / Taxes / GST / VAT
Customs Duties, Taxes, GST and/or VAT may be applicable to delivery within some countries. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay these fees upon the goods arriving in the country. Please check with your local country laws regarding these fees.
If you are unhappy with the goods ordered you have 7 10 business days to notify us & to ship the item to Belgrave Emporium.
Please note that the original cost of postage will not be refunded. Return postage charges are the responsibility of the customer, however in the event of an order being incorrect or faulty, we will immediately exchange the item for you without any return postal charges.
Please contact us by email to discuss returns including your order number and contact phone number. All returned items must be unused and undamaged in original packaging with tags attached.
NO RETURNS ON PERISHABLES, CANDLES, SOAPS, BEAUTY ITEMS, UNDERWEAR, SWIMWEAR OR PLANTS. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES on SALE or CLEARANCE items.
